I created Safe & Simple Tech because I noticed something working in customer service: the moment I stopped rushing and started truly listening, people who said they "weren't good with technology" started solving their own problems. They just needed someone patient enough to walk with them through it, step by step, without judgment.

Here is what that looks like in practice.

We work together entirely over the phone or video call — you choose what you are comfortable with. I guide you through each step while you do it on your own device. I never connect to your device remotely, I never make home visits, and I never ask for or access your personal information. You stay in control from the first second to the last.

We go at your pace. Not mine. Not anyone else's. Yours.

What happens after your session.

At the end of every session I send you a plain-language follow-up document that covers the issue you called or emailed about, anything we noticed along the way, and every step we took to address it. It is yours to keep, print, and refer back to any time you need it — so the help does not disappear the moment we hang up.
